Coaching for women and athletes who’ve been through some tough shit—and are ready to rise.

Trauma-informed + Performance Psychology

Empowering high-achieving women and athletes to rebuild after burnout, injury, or trauma with intention and resilience. I provide science-backed performance psychology coaching that helps you sharpen focus, protect your energy, and regain confidence when it matters most. My work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building sustainable systems so you can show up consistently, recover fully, and thrive under pressure.

How is this different from therapy or life coaching?

Therapy looks back. It helps you unpack the past and heal. What I do is different—it’s forward-focused and skill-based. We start from where you are right now and build the tools you need to show up stronger, recover faster, and perform without burning out.

And this isn’t life coaching either. I’m not here to hand you generic advice or tell you what worked for me. Everything I teach is grounded in psychology and neuroscience—real strategies you can measure, apply, and actually use when the pressure hits.
