    These aren’t just random guidelines—every single one is intentional. They’re here to create a psychologically safe space so you can actually show up, let your guard down, and grow.

    Here’s what that looks like:

    1. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. What’s shared here stays here. That’s how trust is built.

    2. Respect above everything. We listen without judgment and honor each other’s lived experiences.

    3. No fixing, no rescuing. You don’t have to solve anyone else’s story. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply hold space.

    4. Show up as you are. Messy, tired, thriving, struggling—it’s all welcome. No performance required.

    5. Consent matters. You always choose what you share and how you participate. That choice is what creates safety.

    Think of these rules as the walls of the greenhouse—they’re what make it climate-controlled. They protect the environment so growth is actually possible.

I sit at the intersection of trauma and performance.

Therapy looks back. It helps you unpack the past and heal. What I do is different. It’s forward-focused and skill-based. We start from where you are right now and build the tools you need to show up stronger, recover faster, and perform without burning out.

And this isn’t life coaching either. I’m not here to hand you generic advice or tell you what worked for me. Everything I teach is grounded in psychology and neuroscience—real strategies you can measure, apply, and actually use when the pressure hits.

That’s the difference: I don’t just help you feel better. I help you perform better, without sacrificing your well-being in the process.
